Background: The real property located at 358 SE Oakridge Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, was platted with a rear twenty (20) foot wide utility and drainage easement. The owner desires to construct a pool, deck, and screen enclosure. Prior to construction, a ten (10) foot wide portion of the easement will need to be abandoned. The owner of the property has submitted a request for the abandonment to the City.
