Executive Summary (General Business): The purpose of this resolution is to set the Public Hearing allowing the affected property owners the opportunity to provide comment and/or objections to the 2021 Streetlighting Assessment Roll. Additionally, the City Council will consider approving the annual rate for residential streetlight assessment and adopting the 2021 Streetlight Utility Assessment Roll.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: On July 26, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution 21-R89 authorizing a public hearing and directing the preparation of an assessment roll for the fiscal year beginning on October 1,2021 for streetlighting. The new boundaries approved by Resolution 20-R53 are included on the 2021 residential streetlighting roll.
