3. Purpose: The Utility Systems Department (USD) desires to amend the Contract to expand on the grinder system pumps and related parts list as identified in Amendment #2 and reflect price increases for certain items.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Three years with automatic renewals.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provide all necessary pumps and related parts to connect or convert systems to the City's wastewater system.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated financial impact of this Amendment is $350,647.41 for residential parts and $11,033.16 for commercial parts. All future expenditures will be appropriated in each year's approved budget.
