Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: Utility Systems Department ("USD")
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and LTC Ranch Industrial/Commercial Park Master Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation (the "POA").
3. Purpose: For the City to convey a Sign Maintenance Easement to the POA for the maintenance of a monument sign.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: In perpetuity.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City is separately acquiring Parcel 30, currently owned by LTC Ranch Joint Venture, for utility purposes, however, the City will construct a monument sign on Parcel 30 and the POA has agreed to maintain the monument sign.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): There is no cost for the conveyance of the easement.
