5. Duration: The initial term of this contract period was January 15, 2019 through January 14, 2020 with the option for four additional one-year renewals. The first and second option to renew has been exercised for a period of January 15, 2022 through January 14, 2023.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Various departments will be able to utilize this contract for temporary staffing services as needed.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is $250,000. Future expenditures will be appropriated each budget year.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.04 (c), good cause shown, and approve participating in the City of Stuart's Contract #2019-200 for Temporary Personnel Services with Manpower.

2. Move that the Council not approve participating in the City of Stuart's Contract #2019-200 and provide staff with direction.
