Executive Summary (General Business): The vacant 3.75-acre parcel currently has future land use designation of CG/I (General Commercial/Institutional.) Through this application, the applicant is requesting a future land use designation of CS (Service Commercial); primarily to allow flexible industrial and general commercial space.
