2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie, Remnant Construction, LLC, The Morganti Group, Inc., and T & G Corporation d/b/a T & G Constructors.
3. Purpose: Provide CMAR services to the City on an as-needed basis.

5. Duration: 3 years with the option of 2 additional 1-year renewal periods.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The CMAR Construction delivery methods allow the City to capitalize on the expertise of a seasoned general contract before they finalize the project design and who oversees the entire construction process during the Construction Phase without losing control.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Proposal will be requested for each project based on a percentage of the Construction Value.

Background: The City requires Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services on an as-needed basis. An RFP for qualification was issued in accordance with section 287.055, Florida Statutes, identified as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), on September 11, 2023, to 1073 Consultants.
