6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To address the City's Strategic Plan goals by providing increased mobility options to residents and by beautifying a residential neighborhood.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $30,000.00 is needed to provide post design services for a period of two months resulting in a new contract amount of $2,628,776.00.

Background: The Floresta Drive Improvement Project has long been a priority project for the City Council. The project was originally conceived as a 4-lane section of roadway.
