Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed subdivision plat creates the public road right-of-way tract for the construction of the Marshall Parkway extension. This will extend the roadway approximately 3,100 feet to the west of the existing intersection of Community Boulevard and Marshall Parkway.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their meeting of August 11, 2021
