Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council award Contract #20220066 and enter into a unit price contract with XGD Systems, LLC, for The Saints Golf Course Drainage Improvement Project in the amount of $3,179,951.29.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and award Contract #20220066.
2. Move that the Council not approve Contract #20220066 and provide staff with direction.

Background: The City contracted with the engineering firm Culpepper & Terpening, Inc., to conduct Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) surveys to study the feasibility of an enhanced stormwater retention system at The Saints Golf Course. Field testing has verified elevations in the project area and confirmed that the surrounding home lots slope onto the golf course. Design is complete on the expansion of the existing retention lakes to hold 2.63 acre-feet of additional polluted stormwater runoff.
