Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The project will restore and protect the interior of Minsky Gym by replacing deteriorated insulation, repairing areas impacted by water intrusion, and installing durable interior wall systems. These improvements will enhance safety, extend the life of the facility, and provide a cleaner, more reliable environment for community programming and recreation.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The total contract cost is a onetime expense of $214,231.50, which includes a 10% contingency fee of $18,566.50 to cover unforeseen conditions and scope adjustments.
