Executive Summary (General Business): The Interlocal Agreement Concerning the Use of The Everbridge System and Alert St. Lucie ("ILA") between St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie, the City of Fort Pierce, the St. Lucie County Sheriff, and the St. Lucie County Fire District is presented to formalize the relationship and responsibilities between the parties for emergency notifications to the public. This is a free service currently in use that is provided to the law enforcement agencies and fire districts within the county.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participation in the ILA Concerning the Use of The Everbridge System and Alert St. Lucie and execute the ILA between St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie, the City of Fort Pierce, the St. Lucie County Sheriff, and the St. Lucie County Fire District.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve participation in the ILA Concerning the Use of The Everbridge System and Alert St. Lucie and execute the ILA between St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie, the City of Fort Pierce, the St. Lucie County Sheriff, and the St. Lucie County Fire District.
