Background: Condition 14 of the LTC Ranch Development of Regional Impact development order requires the Developer to convey a site to the City of Port St. Lucie to be used for park and recreational facilities. The site is depicted on Map H-1 of the DRI as the 113 acres OSR/I Dedication Site. The City previously permitted a portion of the OSR/I Dedication Site to be used as a utility well site but expressly deemed that use to not reduce the acreage of the land being donated to the City for the OSR/I Dedication Site. Additionally, prior to conveyance of the park site to the City a drainage easement will be imposed upon the park site by the Developer. Public Works has reviewed and approved the drainage easement.
