Background: On or about July 9, 1998, Chester C. Czekaj and Linda E. Czekaj executed a Restrictive Covenant relative Lots 7 and 8, Block 2477, Port St. Lucie Section Thirty-Seven. The Restrictive Covenant encumbers Lots 7 and 8 so that the lots would be assessed as a single residential unit.
Issues/Analysis: Linda E. Czekaj as Trustee of the Linda E. Czekaj Living Trust dated May 20,2014, the current owner of the subject parcels, now wishes to convey, devise, or develop Lot 8 independently of Lot 7. The total amount of administrative charges owed to the City has been paid in full. Upon approval by City Council, the Termination of Restrictive Covenant will be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.
Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the applicable administrative fees. Payment in full was made on August 12, 2025, was processed, and approved by the City's Finance Department.
