Executive Summary: A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment requested by the City of Port St. Lucie (owner) to change the Future Land Use designation for 8.37 acres of property from Commercial General/Commercial Highway (CG/CH) to Utility (U) to construct a phased redevelopment/expansion of the existing Public Works facility.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will make a brief presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the future land use map amendment.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the amended future land use amendment.

2.                     Move that the Board recommend denial of the future land use amendment request.
