Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request for approval of a site plan for a proposed development with a total of 11,504 square feet of commercial building use, including a bank with a drive through.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the site plan and prove staff direction

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of July 24, 2024.

 

Issues/Analysis: The application has been reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Tradition MPUD, Tradition DRI and the City’s Codes and found to be in compliance.
