Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council accept the purchase offer for 183 SE Terra Bella from Manny Louk for $64,100. However, this offer is lower than the appraised value of $95,000.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and accept the purchase offer for the property.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff with direction.

Background: Following the requirements that are established in City Policy #18-01ccd, all City Departments verified that they had no use for the property and identified it as potential surplus. On April 26, 2021, City Council approved staff to dispose of the property via online auction pursuant to City Policy #18-01ccd.
