Executive Summary (General Business): The owner, Riverland Associates IV, LLLP, has applied for major site plan approval for a project known as Valencia Parc Clubhouse. The proposed major site plan is for the development of a 30,736 square foot clubhouse and amenities for the Valencia Parc development within the Riverland area. The proposed project will have its access from SW Midnight Stream Boulevard with further traffic circulation through the interior of the site with parking for both vehicular and golf-cart uses to accommodate all the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the major site plan with conditions.
2. Move that the Council deny the major site plan and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the major site plan amendment their January 10, 2024, meeting.
