Executive Summary (General Business): This application is for a preliminary plat with construction plans.  The plat includes 109 residential lots, private road right-of-way tracts, water management tracts, open space tracts, and a tract for future development. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary plat and construction plans at their meeting on November 12, 2020.
