Executive Summary (General Business): This amendment to Title III - "Administration," Chapter 35. Finance; Purchasing of the City Code is proposed to expand City Council approval for Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Contract awards and to revise the ordinance to align the processing of unsolicited proposals for Public-Private Partnerships with recently updated state legislation that went into effect July 1, 2024 under section 255.065, Florida Statutes.
