body
Submitted By: David Graham, Assistant City Manager.
Executive Summary: Established through Port St. Lucie Resolution 18-R95, the Infrastructure Surtax Citizens Oversight Committee (ISCOC) is required to submit an annual report to the City Council affirming that the proceeds generated through One-Half Cent Infrastructure Surtax were spent on projects listed in the Ten-Year Plan as recorded in Port St. Lucie Ordinance 18-50. The One-Half Cent Sales Tax Annual Report, drafted by the City Manager’s Office, is subject to ISCOC review and approval prior to its presentation for consideration and acceptance by the City Council. ISCOC review and approval of the FY2023-24 Annual Report was recorded by the City Clerk on November 15, 2024.
Presentation Information: On behalf of the members, ISCOC Chairman Kenneth Kroll will present a synopsis of the Annual Report content and be available to answer questions by Councilmembers. In advance of Chairman Kroll’s report, a video of projects both completed and ongoing, prepared by Communications Department Video Team Manager Benjamin Elliott will be shown. Public Works Department leadership will be present to respond to Council as needed.
