Executive Summary (General Business): Matthew D’ Angelo of CPH Engineering has applied for a preliminary and final plat for a project known as AutoZone Stores LLC. This plat encompasses approximately 3.45 acres, legally described as St. Lucie Gardens, Blk. 1, a portion of lots 12 and 13 located east of US 1.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final subdivision plat on August 9, 2023.
