3. Purpose: To elevate the potential for incorporating Romtec, Inc.'s restroom designs and procurement for future Parks & Recreation facilities.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Upon execution through October 15, 2025.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The inclusion of modular-style buildings within the Capital Improvement Projects will enhance the diversity of architectural designs for new Parks facilities.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Total expenditure is up to $1,200,000.00 for FY 2025. Future expenditures will be appropriated in future budgets approved by Council.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the additional vendor, per Chapter 35.08(a)(9)a., Cooperative Purchasing, with Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #081721-RMT for the purchase of prefabricated concrete buildings.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the use of the additional vendor from the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #081721-RMT.
2. Move that the Council not approve the additional vendor and provide staff with direction.
