Background: In 2015 the City contracted with a vendor to conduct the first citywide pavement condition survey and since that time, the data collected has been utilized in the creation and implementation of the 10-Year Paving Master Plan and Pavement Preservation programs. This contract will authorize an infrastructure management company to again scan (inventory) all streets within the City and provide updated information on pavement condition as well as additional assets located within the right of way such as pavement markings, signage, guardrail, etc. This information will then be st...
