Executive Summary (General Business): The City has received an application from Culpepper and Terpening, Inc., acting as the agent for the City of Port St. Lucie Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the City of Port St. Lucie (property owner) to amend the City Center Planned Unit Development (PUD) regulation book and concept plan for City owned property within the PUD. The Community Redevelopment Agency is requesting to table the second reading of the ordinance to the November 9, 2026 City Council meeting.
