Executive Summary: Staff is proposing language that provides a mechanism for administrative approval of minor changes to PUDs & MPUDs. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the proposed Text amendment.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval.

2.                     Move that the Board provide a recommendation of denial and explanation of the recommendation.

 

Background: See attached staff report.

 

Issues/Analysis: This City initiated amendment is to provide further avenues to provide customer service and a streamlined process for review of minor changes developments may require.
