3. Purpose: This Amendment serves to renew the license and maintenance agreement for the Utility Systems Department's (USD) asset management system.

5. Duration: One (1) additional year.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The CityWorks software assists the USD with tracking and managing assets, including anticipated end of life expectancy as well as work order management for various USD Divisions. It also ensures compliance with the department's accreditation standard and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards 55000, 55001 & 55002.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The renewal amount is $85,849.47. Future renewal expenditures will be appropriated in the approved budget each fiscal year.
