Executive Summary (General Business): A preliminary and final plat to create three tracts for future commercial and one tract for future residential development.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and  adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request at their meeting of January 2, 2019 and recommended approval. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval at their meeting of July 2, 2019.
