Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary and final plat application for the Riverland Development of Regional Impact (DRI) includes 185 single family lots.

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

Recommendation: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat and construction plans at their meeting of April 24, 2019

Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.

Background: City Council approved an amendment to the Riverland/Kennedy DRI Parcel A Master Planned Unit Development at their May 13, 2019 meeting. The amendment included changes to the street tree spacing requirement and the palm tree permitted maximums. The applicant may provide changes to the proposed landscape plans to meet their desired design in the near future.
