Executive Summary (General Business): This is a preliminary and final subdivision plat that will create a total of 161 single family lots, three (3) water management tracts and several private road rights-of-way to provide access to these lots.

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.

Background: On May 7, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of this preliminary and final subdivision plat with construction plans.

The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of this preliminary and final subdivision plat with construction plans at their April 10, 2019 meeting.
