Executive Summary (General Business): This preliminary subdivision plat includes portions of two rights-of-way (ROWs) for the Verano South Development, Verano Parkway and Appian Way, and four (4) common area tracts. These two ROWs will connect Verano north with Crosstown Parkway and will act as a spine road for the Verano South Development. Signalization plans are included for the intersection of Crosstown Parkway, Village Parkway, and the proposed Verano Parkway. The signal will be installed when the proposed Verano Parkway is connected to Crosstown Parkway.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt and provide staff direction.
Background: On August 6, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of this preliminary subdivision plat with construction plans.
The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed this preliminary subdivision plat with construction plans at their June 12, 2019 meeting and recommended approval.

Location of Project: This property is located within the Verano DRI (Development of Regional Impact) and is south of the C-24 Canal, east of Range Line Road, west of I-95, and north of Crosstown Parkway.
