Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary and final plat application with construction plans for Riverland Parcel A - Plat Twelve includes 141 single family lots.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their meeting of May 8, 2019.
