2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc.
3. Purpose: 2019 Fall Fun Fest.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Renewal.
5. Duration: Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 beginning at 5:00 p.m., through Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019 ending at 6:00 p.m.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: By partnering with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc., the City continues to offer this popular family-oriented annual event.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Costs are split 50/50 with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc., excluding alcohol.
Presentation Information: Staff will be in attendance to answer questions.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the 2019 Fall Fun Fest co-produced event license agreement with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc.
