Presentation Information: Pete Tesch, President of the Economic Development Council will be available to answer any questions.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council authorize the payment.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and authorize the payment.
2. Move that the Council provide staff direction.
Background: The City Council approved the investment partnership fee totaling $80,000 last year and has done so historically.
