Accept the Fourth Quarter 2018-19 Strategic Plan Report

Executive Summary (General Business): This is the Fourth Quarter progress report of the City Council's FY 2018-19 Strategic Plan. Staff will provide an overview and analysis of the activities completed to date and will seek direction from the City Council as deemed appropriate.
Presentation Information: 15 minutes. Staff will provide a PowerPoint overview and review the 4th Quarter Progress Report/GANTT chart.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council accept the Fourth Quarter/FY 2018-19 Strategic Plan Progress Report.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and accept the Fourth quarter/FY 2018-19 Strategic Plan Progress Report.
2. Move that the Council not accept the Report.
Background: The City of Port St. Lucie's FT 2018-19 Strategic Plan was formally adopted by the City Council on July 9, 2018 and was updated for FY 2019-20 on June 17, 2019. Staff provides updates on the progress of the Strategic Plan. Staff periodically provides recommendations on methods to advance the Strategic Plan as needed for the Council's discussion and direction.
Issues/Analysis: The Strategic Plan is a 'living' document and updates will be required regularly to meet the challenges and priorities of the City.
Financial Information: The City's annual budget was developed to support alignment with the Strategic Plan.
