Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving the LMD rezoning as recommend by the Planning and Zoning Board.

1. Move that Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council does not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the proposed LMD rezoning and concept plan at their March 5, 2024, meeting.
