Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request to create a Master Sign Program for the LTC Ranch/Wylder Community. This program provides a mechanism for the residential development to have a design specific sign regulations for permanent and temporary signs that would supersede the City’s sign regulations.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the Ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the Master Sign Program on March 5, 2024.
