Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of the boundary plat for two hundred sixty-four (264) residential lots, private roads, and tracts for future development within the LTC Ranch West PUD.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the boundary plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and provide staff with direction.
2. Move that the Council not approve the boundary plat and provide staff with direction.
Background: The Site Plan review Committee unanimously recommended approval of the boundary plat on January 24, 2024.
