Executive Summary (General Business): Review of Committee By-laws and discussion of operating procedures and schedule for 2024. Proposed schedule of meetings to occur the last Thursday of the month from May 2024 to October 2024 at 2 pm.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend and approve the Committee By-laws and the proposed schedule of meetings.
Alternate Recommendations:
Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve proposed updates to the Committee By-laws and the proposed meeting schedule.
Move that the Board not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: Affordable housing advisory committee members appointed via Resolutions 24-R20 approved on March 25, 2024.
