Executive Summary: rezone 13.244 acres from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Institutional (I) and 1.51 acres of designated wetlands from PUD to OSC based on the FLU-zoning compatibility in the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed future land use designation is Institutional (I) for 13.244 acres, updated from Residential-Office-Institutional (ROI), and Open Space Preservation for the 1.51 acres (designated wetlands).

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the rezoning.
