Background: The original Contract was bid in January 2019 and City Council approved the contract on March 11, 2019. Since that time, the contractor, Coast to Coast has performed the required mowing and landscape maintenance contractual obligations; however, it was noted that the quantities provided in the bid tabulation seemed low in comparison to the actual work completed for the Western Service Area.
